摘 要:目的了解社会基层实际需要,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,为基层医疗卫生服务岗位培养高素质技能型实用人才。方法调查毕业生及用人单位,了解临床专业学习内容及实际工作需求情况。结果调查结果显示,对本专业的课程设置和内容基本满意,理论知识符合临床需要,最欠缺的是实际操作能力和主动学习能力。因此,笔者探索了模块教学法,整合学习内容、在有限教学时间内采用8个模块教学,以适应实用型、高素质技能型人才的需要。结论在传统的医学理论学习的基础上,要求我们改革教学内容和教学方法,模块化教学法可提高学生综合素质,加强知识和技能的针对性和应用性,更好地满足社会需求。Objective To survey the talents of the social actual need,taking serving as purpose and the employment as the guidance,to train the high quality skilled practical talents for the basic medical and health service jobs.Methods We understood the clinical professional learning content and actual work needs through surveying the graduates and employing units.Results The graduates and employing units agreed to the curriculum and contents.The theory knowledge can accord with clinical practice.The shortcomings were the lack of practical ability and initiative learning ability.By integrating the learning content,making the contents into eight modules in the limited teaching time,the module teaching method was employed to adapt the need of the practical and improve the quality and skill of students.Conclusion Based on the teaching of traditional medical theories,modular teaching method can improve the comprehensive quality of students,strengthen the application of knowledge and skills,meet the needs of the society.
