民办高校办学合法性的获得:基于社会资本的视角

摘　　要：根据合法性理论,民办高校的合法性可以划分为社会合法性、行政合法性、政治合法性与法律合法性四种类型。作为一种新生的体制外组织,缺乏合法性是民办高校发展过程中所面临的一个重要问题,为此,民办高校往往通过运作社会资本整合各种资源尤其是体制资源来获得前述四种合法性。According to legitimacy theory,the legitimacy of non-governmental institutions of higher learning can be divided into social legitimacy,administrative legitimacy,political legitimacy and legal legitimacy.As a new organization outside the established system,lack of legitimacy is a major issue facing the development of such non-governmental institutions of higher learning.To this end,their operations tend to integrate various social capital resources,especially institutional resources to achieve the aforementioned four kinds of legitimacy.
