摘 要:目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇对其新生儿脐血血清脂联索(APN)水平的影响。方法采用放射免疫方法测定并比较33例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇及35例糖耐量正常(NGT)孕妇空腹静脉血糖和新生儿1h末梢血糖水平和孕妇及新生儿脐静脉血血清APN水平。结果GDM组新生儿脐血血清APN水平(60.0±15.0)mg/L高于NGT组的(49.1±15.7)mg/L,而其生后1h血糖(2.35±0.51)mmol/L低于NGT组的(3.55±0.53)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义;GDM组新生儿脐血血清APN水平与其生后1h血糖无相关性。结论GDM孕妇的新生儿脐血血清APN水平升高,1h末梢血糖水平降低。Objective To evaluate the changes of umbilical adiponectin (APN) levels in the newborn of mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Thirty -three cases of GDM pregnancies and 35 pregnancies with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) were investigated. APN concentration was qualified in the umbilical vein serum with radioimmunoassay methods. Capillary blood glucose was measured within the first hour after delivery. Results Umbilical APN level in the GDM group (60.0 ±15.0) mg/L was significantly higher than that in the NGT group (49.1 ±15.7 ) mg/ L. Mean blood glucose level was significantly lower in the newborns of GDM group (2.35 ±0.51 ) mmol/L compared to the NGT group (3.55±0.53)mmol/L. No significant correlation was observed between APN level and blood glucose in neonates of GDM group. Conclusion Umbilical serum APN levels are elevated in newborns of GDM mothers. This may be due to the dysregulation of serum APN levels associated with GDM pregnancy. More attention shall be paid to the metabolic changes of GDM mothers and their offspring.
