摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻及鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronicrhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)患者鼻窦黏膜中三叶因子3(trefoil factor 3,TFF3)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法(非生物素二步法)检测正常钩突黏膜和CRSwNP患者鼻窦黏膜中TFF3表达,同时对HE染色组织切片进行观察,判断上皮损伤程度,比较两组间TFF3表达差异及其与上皮损伤程度的关系。结果①TFF3在CRSwNP患者鼻窦黏膜中表达较正常钩突黏膜降低(Z=-3.807,P=0.02),血清总IgE水平升高组更明显(Z=-2.629,P=0.033);②CRSwNP患者鼻窦黏膜中TFF3表达与上皮损伤分期存在负相关关系(r=-0.388,P=0.016)。结论 TFF3在CRSwNP患者鼻窦黏膜中表达降低可能在CRSwNP的发病机制中起到作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the expression of TFF3 in patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and its clinical significance.METHODS TFF3 in sinus mucosa of CRSwNP group and unicate process mucosa of control group was detected by immuohistochemistry method.And the epitheial damage was observed by HE staining at the same time.The relationship between TFF3 expression and epithelial damage was analyzed.RESULTS ①The expression of TFF3 in CRSwNP group was lower than that in the control group（Z =-3.807,P =0.02）,especially in the patients whose serum total IgE level increased（Z=-2.629,P=0.033）;②There was a negative correlation between the expression of TFF3 and the epithelial damage of sinus mucosa（r =-0.388,P =0.016）.CONCLUSION This study indicated that TFF3 may involve in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.
