摘　　要：简述了板坯连铸动态轻压下技术及原理,对轻压下系统的关键技术进行了分析和研究,建立了系统模型,并且通过现场测量板坯表面温度和射钉实验对模型进行了验证。本系统在国内某钢厂双流板坯连铸机中得到了工业化应用,投产以来系统运行稳定,显著地改善了产品内部质量。Introduces the theory and principle of dynamic soft reduction（DSR） for continuous casting slab（CCS） was introduced,and the key technologies of DSR system were analyzed and studied.The DSR model was built and validated by measuring temperature and shooting nail tests.The DSR system was industrially applied in the continuous caster in China.It is proved that the DSR system runs reliably and the product internal quality remarkably improves.
