摘　　要：为提升产能,我公司新建了一条曲轴调质热处理生产线,由于受厂房空间环境限制,生产线排烟系统尺寸受到严格限制。为保证车间厂房的安全性,保证排烟系统结构的合理性,经过充分理论计算和方案论证,设计制作了变径截面排烟系统,不仅保证了生产线的良好运行,而且降低了当期投资费用,取得了良好的经济及社会效益。A new heat treatment product line for crankshaft,whose exhaust system volume was strictly limited by narrow plant space,has been built to promote capacity.We design this variable diameters exhaust system after sufficient theoretical calculation and project approachment to ensure safety of the workshop and rationality of exhaust system＇s structure.On the one hand,it can make product line run well,on the other hand,the current investment can be cut down at the same time and has got super social and economic benefit.
