摘  要:探讨了常用职业心理测验在大学毕业生职业心理适应中的效度。对全国不同类型高校725名大学毕业生实施了职业兴趣、工作价值和择业效能等测验。结果表明,几种职业心理测验对大学毕业生职业心理适应有不同的区分效度。看重与工作性质相关的工作价值,职业兴趣分化程度高,择业效能高的大学毕业生,职业心理适应更佳。结构方程模型证实择业效能、工作价值和职业兴趣对职业心理适应水平有显著的预测作用。This study was to explore the validity of some commonly used professional tests assess and predict the occupational psychological adaptation(OPA) of college students.Some questionnaires constituting the composite questionnaire to obtain the responses from the 725 college graduates were the Self-directed Search Inventory(SDS),Work Values Scale(WVS),Career Decision Self-efficacy Scale(CDSE),etc.The results showed that these tests could distinguish between high/low OPA group students.These results indicated that the selected tests had favorable differential validity and predictive validity in evaluating college students' OPA.The graduates who valued work-focused values,highly differentiated in vocational interests and had higher career decision-making self-efficacy,were better psychologically adapted.The structural equation modeling(SEM) indicated that vocational interests,work values and career decision-making self-efficacy were significant predictors for OPA.
