密植型玉米种质群体的构建与应用

摘　　要：对先玉335和郑单958这2个不同生态区的代表性品种从种植面积、大田表现、种子生产方面进行了对比分析,提出用先玉335亲本进行同步改良,组建遗传基础相对丰富的改良体,将其在种子生产和推广应用中出现的不利因素做定向改进与完善,培育本土化种质资源群体的构建思路;用改良群体选系并组配杂交种,获得抗倒性强、空秆率低、大斑病轻、产量增加5%以上的新组合2份。In the experiment,planting acreage,field performance,seed production of two representative species Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 from different ecological areas were comparatively analyzed.It was approached to synchronize modify Xianyu 335 parents to form the genetic basis of relative abundance improved body,and to orientationly improve and perfect their negative factors that appeared in application and seed production,and later to construct local germplasm community;And 2 new combinations of,with the improved populations to combine with hybrids to get strong lodging resistance,low empty stalk rate,light large spot,and above 5% productivity improvement.
