摘  要:以BHT、芦丁和Vit C为阳性对照,测定了南丹参不同器官(根、茎、叶和花)提取物对DPPH·的清除能力.结果表明,在设定的反应体系下,南丹参不同器官提取物均能有效地清除DPPH.,且清除作用的量效依赖关系显著(p<0.01),其作用从大至小依次为根、花、茎、叶,其中根和花提取物的DPPH.清除能力比BHT强,但略低于芦丁和Vit C.根提取物、花提取物、BHT、芦丁和VitC的自由清除能力分别为8.77,8.20,7.87,9.17,9.71.光谱分析显示,酚酸类物质是其抗自由基的主要活性成分.The scavenging activity on DPPH· of extracts from different organs(root,stem,leaf and flower) of Salvia bowleyans was measured and compared with those of BHT,Rutin and Vit C.The results indicated that these different extracts from S.bowleyana could scavenge DPPH· effectively in the setting reaction system,and the scavenging effects of the extracts was in dosage-dependent.The DPPH· scavenging activity of extracts from four organs decreased in the order of root extract,flower extract,stem extract and leaf extract.The scavenging activities of root and flower extracts on DPPH· were higher than those of BHT,but slightly lower than those of Rutin and Vit C.The antiradical efficiency of root extract,flower extract,BHT,Rutin and Vit C was 8.77,8.20,7.87,9.17,9.71,respectively.Spectrum displayed that the main antiradical ability of component was polyphenols.
