资源约束型乡镇级土地利用结构优化技术研究——以梨林镇为例

摘　　要：土地利用结构的优化配置是土地利用总体规划的主要内容和基本方法。以济源市梨林镇为例,分析该镇土地利用结构现状存在的问题,运用灰色多目标规划模型,结合其未来社会经济发展的需求和有关控制指标,对梨林镇土地利用结构进行优化,建立土地利用结构方案优选评价指标体系。通过灰色关联分析法,选出梨林镇土地利用结构优化的最优方案,为全镇土地资源的合理开发利用提供"定量"参考获取最佳的社会、经济和生态效益。Optimal allocation of land use structure was the main subject and basic method of overall land use programming.Taking Lilin town in Jiyuan city as an example,the problems existing in current land use structure was analyzed.Combining with the demanding of future social and economy development and relative control indices,using grey multi-objective programming,the land use structure in Lilin town was optimized;and the evaluation system for land use structure was established.The optimal land use structure in Lilin town was obtained by grey incidence analysis to provide a quantitative reference to the rational development of land resources and to obtain the highest social,economy and ecological efficient.
