摘　　要：特色农业专业合作组织是沟通农民与企业、生产与市场的桥梁,是提高黑龙港地区农业组织化程度、增强农产品市场竞争力的重要途径。发展黑龙港地区特色农业合作组织必须依托地方资源优势,依靠政府的引导和扶持。The characteristic agricultural cooperative served as a bridge for communicating the farmer and the enterprise,the production and the market,and was also an important approach to improve the competitive power of the agricultural product.The development of characteristic agricultural cooperation organization must depend on the local resources superiority in Heilonggang,with being guided and supported.
