摘　　要：上海市防震减灾技术大楼是上海市的防震减灾中心,是地震时指挥防灾救援的中枢机构。在建筑布局、结构选型、工程细部构造等方面必须符合"八度抗震、甲类设防"的要求。该文通过简述该工程的设计特点及所运用的多种抗震减灾技术,以期为类似的特殊设防类抗震工程提供借鉴。Technology building for earthquake disaster reduction in shanghai is the earthquake disaster reduction center and is the central body for disaster reduction and rescue when earthquake happens.It must meet the octave anti-seismic and a fortification requirements in the layout of the building,structure selection and detailed structural etc.This paper describes the design features of the project and the use of a variety of earthquake reduction techniques, and hopes that it can provide references for other similar projects.
