摘 要:该工程利用箱型转换层整体性强、刚度大的优点,解决了主次梁多级转换的问题。针对裙房平面布置偏心,转换层上下侧向刚度突变的情况,采用削弱与加强相结合的解决办法。为弥补规范对箱型转换体系抗震设计要求的不足,对转换结构采用了抗震性能设计的思路,要求重要部位达到中震弹性、大震不屈服的性能目标。设计中结合各主流分析软件的优点,分别用梁式模型和墙板模型对箱型转换层进行分析,对结果进行对比分析,得到了实用有效的分析方法。采用平面表示方法简化了图纸表达,给出合理的构造设计。The project used a Box-transfer story system,taken advantage of it’s strong integrity and stiffness to solve the problem of multi-level transition,which is the force transition from sub beams to main beams.According to the eccentric of stiffness in the podium,and the lateral stiffness irregularity of the transfer story,a combination solution of weakening and relatively strengthening was applied.To make up for the shortage of standards about the seismic design requirements of the Box-transfer system,the concept of Performance-Based design was introduced,important parts of the structure required to achieve elastic design under moderate earthquake and non-yielding design under severe earthquake.Based on the wildly using FEA software,found a practical and effective method of analysis,and provided some reasonable detail design.
