摘 要:初步的研究结果发现,贵22-9、贵22-14为新出现的、对我国重要小麦抗源材料贵农22有较强毒性的两个新菌系,且在甘肃省各地均出现。其致病特点类似条中32号、条中33号。两菌系苗期除对贵农22有毒性外,对辅助鉴别寄主川麦42、92R137、兰天17也有毒性。毒性分析和致病性测定结果发现,新菌系含有对Yr10、Yr24/26有毒性的基因,苗期较条中32号、条中33号表现出更强的致病力。新菌系将对以92R、贵农为抗源的品种构成极大的潜在威胁,值得进一步研究和关注。Our preliminary study reveal that two new emerging stripes,Gui 22-9 and Gui 22-14 have stronger toxicity to China major wheat resistant material "Guinong 22",and appeared in Gansu province.And their pathogenic characteristics are similar to those of CY 32 and CY 33.At seeding stage,these two stripes have toxic effects not only to Guinong 22 but also to assistant differential hosts Chuanmai 42,92R137 and Lantian 17.Their toxicity analysis and pathogenicity determination results show that the new stripe contains virulence genes to Yr10 and Yr24/26,which have stronger pathogenic ability than those of CY32 and CY33 at seeding stage.These new stripes will pose potential threat to resistant varieties such as 92R and Guinong,and should be further studied and concerned.
