摘  要:矿物解离是选矿的必要条件之一,矿物工艺粒度、磨矿粒度以及矿物力学性质等诸多因素对矿物解离度都有影响,这些因素致使解离度和工艺粒度之间关系复杂化。本文以电炉渣黑钛石工艺粒度和解离度关系为例,研究矿物解离度与工艺粒度及矿石磨矿粒度之间的关系。并通过不同矿石破磨解离实例,探讨了矿石解离难易程度分类,用以表示矿物力学性质对解离度的影响。Mineral liberation is one of the necessary conditions for mineral processing technology and mineral processing size, grinding size and mechanical properties are the most important factors influencing mineral liberation. These factors make the relationship between liberation degree of mineral and processing size complicated. This paper took the relationship between the processing size and the liberation degree of anosovite as example to study their relation. On'the basis of it, through the liberation of different ores, the classification of difficult and easy level of liberation was discussed to represent the effect of mechanical properties on the degree of liberation.
