摘　　要：河北省环首都地区与北京有长期共同发展的历史，是京津冀世界级城镇群不可或缺的重要组成部分，但从当前发展来看，存在产业“断层效应”显著、门户组织尚缺乏区域性的协调、区域生态风险依旧严峻、空间开发无序粗放等一系列问题。依据北京世界城市建设和京津冀世界级城镇群发展的总目标，未来环首都地区发展应将“推动对接融入，实现特色跨越”作为核心战略任务，通过改善交通、提升品质、突出特色、“分流集聚”，实现绿色崛起。Beijing and its surrounding region （in Hebei province）, sharing a long joint development history, is the most important part of Beijing-Tianjin-Plebei world-class agglomeration. Currently, problems including the negative effect of industries, the deficiency in regional coordination, the ecological risk, the disor dered spatial development, etc. , severely impact the further integral development.In terms of the goal of constructing a world city （Beijing） and a world-class ag- glomeration （Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region）, the core of the development strategy of circumjacent region of Beijing is to actively connect and integrate the development of the region properly, through improving the transportation system and living quality, highlighting the regional features, and realizing a split-flow concentration.
