摘　　要：本文介绍软起动器在热轧机组交流电机控制中的应用,软起动器能够平滑地起动电机,可解决大功率交流电机起动时对电网的冲击;软起动器旁路接触器使生产更加节能降耗;同时,也介绍了软起动器在铜带坯热轧机电机控制回路中的应用,通过PLC逻辑控制,提高了设备的自动化程度、可靠性及安全性。This article gives a detailed explanation of application of soft starter in AC Motor control for Hot Rolling Mill.The soft starter can starts AC motor smoothly to reduce the impact to Electric network.The by-pass contactor of the soft starter can achieve energy saving.The soft starters have an excellent application in Copper Hot Rolling Mill .They improve automatization、dependability and security of the equipments.
