中老年人高尿酸血症与血糖血脂的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年人高尿酸血症与血糖、血脂的关系。方法选取在中老年高尿酸血症患者45例和血尿酸正常者50例,分别检测空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血尿酸等指标。结果高尿酸血症组总胆固醇及三酰甘油均明显高于血尿酸正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高尿酸血症组尿酸与总胆固醇及三酰甘油之间存在显著的正相关。结论中老年高尿酸血症与高血糖、高血脂密切相关,且呈正相关。应早发现、早干预、早治疗,以减少心血管疾病的发生。Objective To analyze the relationship between elderly hyperuricemia with blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods 45 aged patients with hyperuricemia in our hospital and 50 cases of normal uric acid were selected and detected fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,uric acid and other indicators.Results Total cholesterol and triglyceride in the hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in the normal uric acid group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the two groups showed no significant difference in blood glucose(P> 0.05).Uric acid with total cholesterol and triglycerides in the hyperuricemia group showed significantly positive correlation.Conclusion Hyperuricemia in elderly is closely related with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia,showing positive correlation,which should be early detected,early intervened and early treated to reduce the occurrrence of cardiovascular diseases.
