广东省全运会金牌教练现状及培养对策的研究

摘　　要：我们研究的广东省全运会"金牌教练"是指在全国范围内竞技体育教练领域的顶尖高级人才,是亲自训练并直接指挥广东省运动员参加全运会并夺取金牌的教练员。本课题将对广东省全运(11届)金牌教练员进行调查研究,试图从多角度客观地描述广东省全运金牌教练员现状,并努力揭示金牌教练员在整体上存在的主要问题及其原因,提出今后应采取的有效对策。为我省竞技体育的发展提高提供参考。The ＂gold medal coaches＂ of the National Games in Guangdong Province which we studied are the senior personnel in the area of competitive sports. They trained and directly commanded the athletes of Guangdong province to win the National Games gold medals. This article tries to survey these ＂gold medal coaches＂ , and describe their present situation objectively from multiple perspectives. Otherwise, the insufficient of gold coaches is also important in this study, and we try to put forward some effective measures as the reference resources to enhance the development of sports in our province.
