摘 要:目的评价生物可吸收材料在踝足骨折内固定治疗中的作用。方法 2006年6月~2010年6月,76例踝足骨折采用切开复位可吸收材料进行内固定。其中男49例,女27例;年龄18~62岁,平均46.6岁。骨折部位:踝关节骨折25例;跟骨骨折6例,跖趾骨骨折45例。结果随访10~48个月,平均22个月,骨折全部临床愈合;AOFAS功能评估优良率96%,并发症发生率4%均为异物反应。结论生物可吸收材料是治疗踝足部骨折的有效方法,正确选择适应症和手术操作是治疗成功的重要因素。Objective To evaluate the effects of absorbable implants in treatment of ankle and foot fractures.Methods A total of 76 cases with ankle and foot fracture were operated with absorbable implants from Jun 2006 to Jun 2010.There were 49 males and 27 females,with average age of 46.6 year(s 18 to 62 years).There were 25 ankle frctures,6 calcaneal and 45 metatarsal and phalange fractures.Results All cases were followed up for 10 to 48 months(average 22 months).All fractures healed.The rate of excellent and good clinical results according to AOFAS system was 96%.The incidence of complications was 4% all were foreign-body reactions.Conclusion The absorbable implant was suitable for ankle and foot fractures.Appropriate indication and operative procedure were important for the successful treatment.
