摘  要:从万寿菊花中分离得到新的葡萄糖异头物:3,4-二丁香酸-α-D-葡萄糖(1)和3,4-二丁香酸-β-D-葡萄糖(2),运用1D,2D NMR和HR-ESI-MS等波谱法鉴定了其结构。通过HPLC-ESI-MS进一步对该新异头物的混合物分析的表明:在混合物中化合物1和2在tR=3.22 min(m/z 538.9[M-H]-,39.97%)和3.25 min(m/z 538.9[M-H]-,57.88%)被检测到。A mixture of two new anomers : 3,4-di-O- [ syringate ] - α- D-glucopyranose (1) and 3,4-di-O- [ syringate ] -β-D-glu- copyranose(2), together with syringic acid (3), were isolated from the alcohol extract of Tagetes erecta. The structures of these com- pounds were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods, including intensive 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS studies. The structural assignment was further supported by HPLC-ESI-MS with compound 1 at tR = 3.22 min ( m/z 538.9 [ M - H ] - ) and compound 2 at 3.25 min( m/z 538.9[ M - HI - ) in the mixture.
