摘  要:为了找出ZL60F型装载机后车架的中支承座的开裂原因,对中支承座的结构特点与承载特点进行了分析,总结出了中支承座在作业过程中的工况以及所承受的载荷。采用有限元方法并借助ANSYS软件对其进行了强度分析,找到了各种工况下的应力最大处和最大值,以及导致中支承座开裂的根本原因,为以后的设计提供了参考依据。In order to identify the cracking causes of the middle supporting pedestal of the rear frame in ZL60F loader,the structural features and the load bearing characteristics of the middle supporting pedestal were analyzed,and the load conditions and operation conditions of the middle supporting pedestal in operation were summarized.ANSYS was used to carry out the strength analysis with finite element method,and the maximum stresses and corresponding locations in various operation conditions were determined.In addition,the ultimate causes of the cracking of the middle supporting pedestal were found out,which offered references for later design.
