摘  要:以节流型自激式水幕除尘器为研究对象,通过试验得出除尘器的处理风量及内部节流挡板开度与除尘效率的关系,并测量了不同处理风量与不同节流挡板开度下除尘器的整机压力损失。试验结果表明,要获得最佳的除尘性能,须使除尘器的处理风量和节流挡板开度合理匹配,当除尘器处理风量为1.59m3/s,节流挡板开度为50mm时,除尘器总体工作性能达到最佳。A throttle-type self-excitation water curtain deduster served as the study object,and the relationship among the air processing volume,the dedusting efficiency and the opening of inside throttling baffle were obtained by laboratory experiments.The pressure loss of the deduster at different air processing volume and different openings of the throttling baffle were also measured.The experimental results showed that:to get the best dedusting performance,it was necessary to ensure the reasonable matching of the air processing volume and the opening of the throttling baffle;when the air processing volume was 1.59 m3¨Ms,the throttling baffle opening was 50 mm,the overall working performance of the deduster was the best.
