烟草漂浮育苗替代基质研究

摘　　要：为了筛选出烟草漂浮育苗替代基质配方,采用花生壳、河沙、腐殖土、玉米芯、煤渣、食用菌废料等材料进行了混配,采用配方对比方法进行烟草育苗试验,研究了不同处理基质的理化性状及其对烟草出苗率、成苗率和农艺性状的影响。结果表明,花生壳与河沙以60∶40的体积比及花生壳与腐殖土以50∶50的体积比进行混配的配方处理育苗效果最好,与商品基质的差异最小,且成本较低,具备作为烟草漂浮育苗基质的条件要求。In order to filter the medium formulation for Nicotiana tabacum L.,float seeding,peanut bran,river sand,humus soil,corn cob,cinder,edible waste was used and mixed in different proportion;the effects of different treatments on the sprouting rate,maturing seedling rate and agronomic traits were studied.The results showed that the comprehensive characters of N.tabacum seedlings treated with 60% peanut bran＋40% river sand and 50% peanut bran＋50% humus soil were the best and the effect was closed to CK.Its cost was low and could meet the requirements of N.tabacum tobacco breeding medium.
