山地烟散叶穿针式烘烤技术研究

摘　　要：为探索烤烟生产减少用工投入、降低生产成本、提高烘烤质量的技术措施,探讨重庆市山地烟的散叶穿针烘烤技术,试验研究了散叶穿针烘烤和常规挂竿烘烤对山地特色烤烟外观质量、烘烤成本和经济性状的影响。结果表明,与常规挂竿烘烤相比,散叶穿针烘烤后烟叶的外观质量明显改善,上等烟比率、上中等烟比率、均价和产量等烟叶经济性状显著提升,烤烟烘烤成本显著降低,并且散叶穿针烘烤技术具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,为山地特色烤烟生产提质增效提供了理论基础和实践经验。In order to investigate the measures for saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization,the curing mode of dispersed leaves in mountainous area was studied.The appearance qualities,the cost of labor force and energy and the economic characters of curing leaves between different treatments were investigated.The results showed that using the curing mode of dispersed leaves,the economic characters and appearance qualities were increased obviously and the cost of labor force and energy was decreased significantly compared with the mode of leaves hanged with pole.The curing mode of dispersed leaves played an important role in the cost reduction,labor force saving and in the development of tobacco agricultural modernization.
