涪麦冬两种株叶型生物学性状比较研究

摘　　要：对涪麦冬直立型和匍匐型两种株叶型的生物学性状进行了分析和比较。结果表明,直立型涪麦冬的叶长、单个主块根干重与收获指数均大于匍匐型涪麦冬的,且差异极显著或显著。直立型涪麦冬的多数性状变异系数小于匍匐型涪麦冬的,且性状间的相关性不如匍匐型涪麦冬密切。主块根干重、收获指数、地上部干重和主块根个数等性状与块根总干重间的关系在两种株叶型的表现上都较为密切,分枝数、叶片数与块根总干重的相关性在两种株叶型之间存在着较大的差异。The biological characters of erect and creeping Ophiopogon japonicus（L.f.） Ker-Gawl.cv.Fumaidong were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the leaf length,dry weight of the main root tuber and harvest index of the erect Ophiopogon japonicus（L.f.） Ker-Gawl.cv.Fumaidong were larger than that of the creeping one.The differences were significant.The variation coefficient of most erect Fumaidong characters was less,and the correlation degree of the characters was not so obvious compared with the creeping one.There existed close relationship between the total dry weight and the dry weight of the main root tuber,harvest index,dry shoot weight and the number of main root tuber of the two types.Whereas larger difference was existed between the total dry weight and the branch number,leaf number of the two types.
