摘 要:分析研究了100t UHP-EAF强化冶炼工艺。在电炉冶炼过程,平均热装铁水比57%的条件下,达到平均电耗129.28kW.h/t(钢),氧耗50.95m3/t(钢),冶炼周期34.2min,脱碳速率0.117 9%/min;控制渣碱度在5,可以保证平均脱磷率为89.55%,实现电炉强化冶炼。分析表明,铁水比越大,氧耗越大,用氧效率越高;合适的铁水比可以达到最短的冶炼周期。100 t UHP-EAF strengthening smelting process was investigated. For EAF steelmaking process, average hot metal charging rate was up to 57 %, unit power consumption was 129.28 kW . h, unit oxygen consumption was 50. 95 m3 , tap-to-tap time was 34.2 min, and the rate of decarbonization was 0. 117 9%/min. Under the controlled basicity 5, the degree of dephosphorization was up to 89.55 % and the EAF strengthening smelting was achieved. Oxygen consumption increases with the hot metal charging rate increasing, and the use ratio of oxygen also raised. Under the suitable hot metal charging rate conditions, the shortest smelting time can be obtained.
