FDI对我国高新技术产业发展的影响

摘　　要：在我国高新技术产业迅猛发展的过程中,FDI发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是,FDI对于高新技术产业中不同行业的贡献差距较大。C-D函数实证检验结果表明,FDI对我国高新技术产业整体发展影响显著。电子计算机及办公设备制造业FDI溢出系数较高;电子及通信设备制造业与整个行业持平;而航空航天器制造业FDI技术溢出系数较低。此外,外资的技术投入、行业开放程度、内外资企业技术差距等因素影响FDI的技术外溢水平。FDI plays a pivotal role in the process of the rapid development of China＇s high-tech industries.However,FDI has big differences in term of contr ibution to different industries in high-tech industry.The results of empirical test of Cobb-Douglas production function indicate that FDI has marvelous influ ences on the entire development of our country＇s high-tech industry.There is relatively high coefficient of FDI technical spillover in computer and office eq uipments;a fair coefficient between electronics and communication equipment man ufacturing;relatively low coefficient of FDI spillover in aviation spacecraft m anufacturing.In addition,some factors such as technical inputs of foreign capi tal,the degree of industry openness,and technical gap between foreign enterpri ses and domestic enterprises affect the level of FDI technical spillover.
