不同血型孕妇尿靛甙的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的了解不同血型孕妇尿靛甙与饮食结构的关系。方法使用尿靛甙检测仪检测不同血型孕妇晨尿中靛甙的含量;以问卷的形式采集孕妇近期的饮食和运动情况,计算机辅助决策支持系统(DSS)分析各种营养成分是否达到安全范围,进行营养分析和个体化饮食结构调整。结果 939例孕妇中B型290例,A型281例,O型275例,AB型93例;尿靛甙水平:正常占43.1%,异常占56.9%;尿靛甙正常以O、B血型为主,尿靛甙异常以A型为主;以孕早/孕晚期尿靛甙水平差异最显著;不同血型间尿靛甙异常比较以A/O型差异最明显。结论尿靛甙水平与血型、饮食结构有关。尿靛甙检测是评估和指导孕妇营养的客观指标之一,对维护孕母健康和胎儿的正常发育有着积极的指导作用。Objective It is to explore the relationship between urine indican and diet structure in pregnant women of different blood type.Methods The concentration of urine indican in urina sanguinis of pregnant women of different blood type was determined by urine indican detecting instrument,their recent diet and exercises were collected by questionnaire.Then whether every kind of nutritional ingredient was in the safe extent was analyzed by DSS,nutritional analysis and individual diet structure regulation were done at the same time.Results In 939 cases of pregnant women,there were 290 cases of B type,281 cases of A type,275 cases of O type,93 cases of AB type,and the percentage of ones with normal level of urine indican whose blood type were mainly with O and B type was 43.1%,the level of the others whose blood type mainly with A type was abnormal,and percentage was 56.9%.The difference in urine indican level was most significant in early and late gestation and most significant between ones of A/O type.Conclusion The level of urine indican was related with blood type and diet structure,and its determination is one of the objective indexes for evaluating and guiding for pregnant women＇s nutrition,it has a helpful guiding effect on the women＇s health and fetus＇s growth.
