摘　　要：文章通过对江南大学教育部科技查新站2004-2009年间受理的查新项目进行统计,分析了其服务于国家创新体系建设的基本特点,提出了进一步提高科技查新服务于国家创新体系建设的具体措施:多渠道控制查新质量;多元化保障文献资源;多方位服务专利查新;多层次建设社科查新体系;多途径实现科技查新增值服务。The paper makes statistics on novelty items from 2004 to 2009 in Jiangnan University Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Station （authorized by the Ministry of Education）, analyses its basic eharacteristies of serving the national innovation system. Finally, it tables five proposals to develop the novelty retrieval work for national innovation system： multi-ehannel control of novelty retrieval quality, diversification building of literature resourees, multi- direetion serving of the patent novelty retrieval, multi-leval construction of the social science novelty retrieval , multi-approach realization of novelty re- trieval value-added service.
