摘 要:高效能两段组合式煤气化工艺能有效利用高温煤气显热,以提高现有气流床气化技术的冷煤气效率。在两段组合式煤气化炉热态实验装置上,考察了二段床层不同粒径范围煤焦的气化反应性,实验得出,最优粒径范围为10~15mm。该粒径范围下,二氧化碳累积转化率达10%,其反应速率在反应30 min时达到峰值,床层平均温降最高,达到402.4℃。文中还研究了钾盐添加量对二段煤焦气化反应性能的影响,钾的添加量应大于5%才能明显体现其良好催化效果。碳酸钾用量在8%下的催化效果显著,二段出口有效气体浓度和碳转化率等参数提高明显,二氧化碳累积转化率为19%。此工艺有效实现CO2减排和资源化利用,环境效益良好。Sensible heat of high temperature syngas could be used effectively by high-efficiency two stage combined coal gasification technology,so as to enhance the cold gas efficiency in the current entrained-flow gasifier.Gasification reactivity of coke was investigated under different ranges of size distributions in the secondary bed.The experiment results show that the optimal size range is 10~15 mm size.Under this size distribution,carbon dioxide cumulative conversion is 10%.reaction rate reaches the peak value after 30 min’ reaction,and the average temperature drop of the secondary bed was the most obvious reaching 402.4 degrees centigrade.The effects of potassium carbonate loadings on coke gasification reactivity were investigated as well.It shows that the catalytic effects could be obvious when the loading was above 5%.The concentration of H2and CO,carbon conversion and the heating capacity of the second stage’s outlet syngas are enhanced dramatically in the condition of the additive 8%K.Carbon dioxide cumulative conversion reached 19%,so it could make great contribution to our environment with this technology for CO2emissions reduction and utilization.
