摘　　要：介绍了马钢第四钢轧总厂从德国LENZING公司引进的锤刀式去毛刺机的结构、特点和旋转锤刀去除毛刺的工作原理。分析了锤刀式毛刺机的优缺点,并阐述了去毛刺机的应用情况以及生产中常见故障处理。The online rotary deburrer of No.4 Steelmarking and Rolling General Plant was introduced.The deburrer is made by LENZING company from Germany.The structure,characteristics and working principle of deburrer with rotating hammer were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the rotating hammer derburrer were analyzed,and the applications and troubleshooting during the production were illustrated as well.
