摘 要:研究了从桉叶油副品——松油醇馏分中纯化α-松油醇的间歇减压精馏工艺,GC-MS分析了原料组成。通过绘制目标组分α-松油醇及γ-松油烯、4-松油醇、trans-松香芹醇3个主要杂质组分的馏出曲线,探讨了水和4种有机溶剂进行塔预处理对分离α-松油醇的影响,并在此基础上优化回流比,确定较佳工艺条件为:以水进行塔预处理,变回流比操作,在回流比为6的条件下收集α-松油醇,绝对压力5.0 kPa左右,沸程129~132℃,GC分析α-松油醇质量分数>90%,回收率50%。The technology of rectifying α-terpineol by batch vacuum distillation from terpineol fraction, a byproduct of eucalyptus oil, was studied. The composition of the raw material terpineol fraction was analyzed by means of GC - MS. Based on the effusing curves of the target α-terpineol and those of the main impurities of T-terpinene, terpinen-4-ol, and trans-pinocarveol by batch vacuum distillation, the effect of tower packing pretreated with water and four organic solvents on the separation of α-terpincol was investigated. In addition, the reflux ratio for fractioning α-terpineol was optimized. The optimum conditions were found as follows: tower packing pretreated with water, distillation in a varied reflux ratio,and the reflux ratio kept at 6 when α-terpineol effused,whereby α-terpineol obtained was at 129 132℃/5.0 kPa with a purity of more than 90% by GC and a recovery of 50%.
