摘　　要：我国已经建立起比较完善的城市医疗服务系统。但这一系统存在许多尚待解决的问题 ,突出表现在服务利用明显减少 ,卫技人员工作负荷下降 ,而医疗费用却不断增长。初步分析其主要原因是卫生改革滞后 ,观念上的误区 ,不规范的医疗行为以及药品费用的猛增。为了迎接城市医疗服务系统面临的新挑战 ,必须主动采取相应的措施。The urban medical service system has been established in China. However, this system also faces many problems, among which the diminution of the health services utilization, the degression of the medical personnel workload and the growth of the medical expenditure are noteworthy. By elementary analysis, the main reasons are the lag of the health reform, some wrong conceptions, abnormal medical conduct and increasing medical expenditure. Facing the new challenge, the relevant measures should be adopted forwardly in the urban medical service system.
