摘 要:为了对分布式电源规划方案进行全面有效评判,提出了基于多属性决策理论的分布式电源规划方案综合评判方法,并结合实际分布式电源规划案例,对该方法的具体步骤进行了详细介绍。建立了完备的分布式电源评价指标体系,分析了不同层次各因素之间的相互关系,引入层次分析法对多指标进行综合量化分析,明确了各指标的权重,对实际案例中的3种微电网方案进行了综合评价,得出了科学合理的分析结果,验证了上述方法的有效性和实用性,有助于分布式电源规划方案的决策。To evaluate distributed generation planning scheme overall and effectively, a multi-attribute decision based comprehensive method to evaluate distributed generation planning scheme is proposed, and based on actual case of distributed generation planning scheme, concrete steps of the proposed method are presented in detail. A complete index system for evaluation of distributed generation is established, and interaction among factors belonging to different hierarchies is analyzed. Fussy analytical hierarchy process is led in to perform comprehensive quantified analysis on the indices and the weights of these indices are determined. Comprehensive evaluation of three microgrid schemes in actual cases is conducted and reasonable analysis results are attained, thus the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method that might be conductive to the decision of distributed generation planning schemes are verified.
