参芪补血糖浆防治肿瘤化疗引起白细胞减少的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪补血糖浆防治实体瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的临床效果及不良反应。方法:采用不同化疗周期对照方法,对48例肿瘤化疗患者连续观察2个化疗周期,治疗组在第1周期化疗同时加参芪补血糖浆治疗,对照组在第2周期化疗同时加利可君片,观察白细胞计数变化,并进行统计分析。结果:有46例可供临床疗效分析,参芪补血糖浆可明显减轻化疗所致骨髓抑制及WBC下降程度,缩短WBC降至正常值以下的持续时间,促进WBC恢复,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且未见明显药物不良反应。结论:参芪补血糖浆防治化疗所致白细胞减少症具有较好疗效。Object： To study the effect and adverse reaction of Shenqi Buxue Syrup in preventing leukopenia of solid tumor patients after chemotherapy.Methods： 48 cases of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were selected,cross-over design was usede and cases were randomly grouped into therapy group and control group.Patients received two consecutive cycles of chemotherapy,at therapy group,shenqi buxue Syrup was used during chemotherapy,at the control group,leucogen tablets were used.To observed white blood cell count changes in the two groups.Results： 46 cases could be analyzed,shenqi buxue syrup can significantly reduce the degree of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia,shorten the duration of it and promote the earlier resumption of leukocyte,therefore the chemotherapy could be received on time.There was no severe adverse reaction.Conclusion： Shenqi buxue syrup could be effective in prenting leukopenia caused by chemotherapy.
