摘　　要：从病因病机、辨证论治、专方治疗、辨体论治、中成药治疗、其它疗法等方面系统回顾总结了近几年来中医药防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的研究进展。中医药防治该病注重整体调节和辨证论治,治愈率高,有明显优势,制定和完善辨证分型和疗效评定标准是今后的发展方向。From the respects of pathogeny and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,chinese traditional patent medicine,characteristic treatment of TCM,the article summarized the lastest research progress in prevention and treatment of children＇s recurrent respiratory tract infection with TCM systematically.The chinese medicine has a distinct advantage in prevention and cure of RRTI,so making and improving the syndrome classification and evaluation standard of the therapeutic effection is a direction for development.
