摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病合并结核病患者(AIDS/TB)在抗结核治疗强化期肝功能损害的发生情况及其可能的影响因素。方法对收治的70例AIDS/TB患者(病例组)和98例单纯结核病患者(对照组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较其开始抗结核治疗后2个月内肝功能损害的发生情况,并探讨导致肝功能损害的危险因素。结果病例组中出现肝功能损害的有16例,占22.8%,对照组中出现肝功能损害的有12例,占12.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.311,P=0.069)。另外,两组的肝功能损害程度及出现时间比较亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论合并AIDS可能不是抗结核治疗强化期肝功能损害发生的危险因素,且其与肝功能损害的严重程度亦无明显的相关性。Objective To investigate the problem and the risk factors of hepatic lesion in AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis during the initial phase of anti-tuberculosis treatment.Methods The clinical data of 70 AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis（the case group） and 98 simple tuberculosis patients（the control group） were retrospectively analyzed.We compared the rates of hepatic lesion between the two groups and investigated the risk factors of hepatic lesion during first two months after initiation of anti-tuberculosis treatment.Results 16（22.8%） patients suffered hepatic lesion in the case group and 12（12.2%） patients suffered hepatic lesion in the control group,it showed no significant difference between those group（χ2=3.311,P=0.069）.Otherwise,the comparison for the degree of hepatic lesion and the time of development of hepatic lesion were also not significantly different in those groups（P0.05）.Conclusions AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis might not be the risk factor of development of hepatic lesion during the initial phase of anti-tuberculosis treatment.And it shows no significant correlation between the severity of hepatic lesion and complicated withAIDS in the study.
