盐酸贝那普利片单用和与氯沙坦钾片联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸贝那普利片单用和与氯沙坦钾片联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效和耐受性。方法选择55例CHF患者,NAⅡ～Ⅳ级,随机分为两组:贝那普利组和贝那普利+氯沙坦组。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、心胸比率、左室舒张末内径(LVDd)和左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果两组NA级别改善效果和疗效相似(P>0.05),但对心脏结构和功能改善的效果贝那普利+氯沙坦组优于贝那普利组(P<0.05)。而且血清钾、肌酐无明显变化,未出现严重副反应。结论联用盐酸贝那普利片和氯沙坦钾片治疗CHF的效果比单用贝那普利好,耐受性良好,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the benazepril hydrochloride tablets alone combined with losatan potassium tablets in the treatment of congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 55patients with classⅡ～Ⅳ（NYHA）CHF were divided into two groups：benazepril group and benazepril＋losartan potassium group.The treatment sourse lasted 3mon.Results NYHA class in both groups were significantly improved.There was no significantly difference in effective rate between two groups（P0.05）.However,benazepril＋losartan potassium group was better than benazepril group in improving heart composition and function（P 0.05）.Conclusions The composition of benazepril hydrochloride tablets and losartan potassium tablets is prior to benazepril alone in the treatment of CHF.It is suggested to use in clinic.
