微波联合CO_2激光治疗跖疣193例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波联合CO2激光治疗跖疣的疗效。方法将193例跖疣患者随机分为三组,A组(64例)单用CO2激光治疗,B组(61例)单用微波治疗,C组(68例)予微波联合CO2激光治疗,比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果 A组、B组和C组的有效率分别为98.44%,93.44%和98.53%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组、B组和C组的痊愈率分别为89.06%,72.13%和91.18%,A组和C组的痊愈率均高于B组;A组、B组和C组的术中明显出血率分别为78.13%,9.84%和11.76%,B组和C组术中明显出血率均低于A组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论微波联合CO2激光治疗跖疣时术中出血少,痊愈率高,值得临床选用。Objective To observe the curative effect of treating verruca plantaris by microwaves therapy combined with CO2 Laser.Methods 193 patients with verruca plantaris were divided into three groups randomly.Patients in group A（n=64） were treated with CO2 Laser alone,patients in group B（n=61） were treated with microwaves alone,and those in group C（n=68） were treated with microwaves combined with CO2 Laser.After the treatment,the clinical effects were compared between the three groups.Results The effective rate was 98.44%,93.44% and 98.53% in groups A,group B and group C,respectively,showing no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.The cure rate was 89.06%,72.13% and 91.18% in groups A,group B and group C,respectively.The cure rate were significantly higher in group A and group C than group B.The rate of obviously bleeding during operation was 78.13%,9.84% and 11.76% in the three group,which was significantly lower in group B and group C than group A.Conclusion The combination of microwaves and CO2 laser can not only reduce the bleeding durig operation,but also increase the cure rate after operation,which is deserved to be spread in clinical practice.
