加床患者管理中的安全隐患与对策

摘　　要：目的找出加床管理中的安全隐患,并制定管理对策,防范护理不良事件的发生。方法组织护士采用头脑风暴法找出病区加床管理中存在的安全隐患,结合日常护理工作巡查、护理查房中发现的隐患,针对安全隐患制订管理措施,加强对加床中存在的不安全因素的控制。结果加床总人数为135人次,加床患者护理质量总体情况良好,无因加床管理不善导致的护理不良事件的发生。结论及时发现加床管理中的安全隐患,并对加床中存在的不安全因素进行有效控制,确保了患者的住院安全。Objective To find out the hidden security dangers in the management of patients with extra beds,and explore countermeasures for the prevention of nursing accidents.Methods Nurses were organizd to find out the hidden security dangers existing in the management of extra beds by brainstorming,and then to make corresponding measures based on daily care inspection.Results A total of 135 patients were with extra beds,which all received high quality nursing care,with no nursing accidents.Conclusion Finding out the hidden security dangers in the management of extra bed timely and taking effective measures to control the existing unsafe factors could ensure the safety of patients in hospital.
