老年高血压患者健康概念和健康行为自我效能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年高血压患者健康概念和健康行为自我效能的相关性。方法对来我院就诊的206例老年高血压患者采用健康概念量表和健康行为自我效能量表测量其健康概念和健康行为自我效能,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析两者间的相关性。结果老年高血压患者的健康概念和健康行为自我效能得分分别为:(89.50±10.33)分,(66.24±13.95)分,患者的健康概念和健康行为自我效能呈正相关(r=0.474,P<0.001)。结论制定有效的护理措施来提高健康概念,从而改善其健康行为自我效能,提高生活质量。Objective To determine the status of health concept and health self-efficacy for elderly hypertension patients,and to analyze their correlation. Method Using health concept measurement table and health behavior self-efficacy measurement table,the health concept and health behavior self-efficacy among 206 elderly hypertension patients from our hospital was investigated,the correlation between them was evaluated by Pearson method statistically. Result The score of health concept and health hebavior self-efficacy was 89.50＋10.33 and 72.25＋16.66 respectively.There was a positive correlation between health concept and health behavior self-efficacy（r=0.474,P0.001）. Conclusion It is suggested that design and implement of nursing interventions will improve health concept and promote health behavior self-efficacy,and improve quality of life.
