摘  要:目的:探讨4种不同提取工艺枳朴方提取液的镇痛、抗炎、促肠蠕动作用,确定最优提取工艺路线。方法:采用小鼠甩尾、二甲苯致炎、小肠推进等药效学考察指标,观察枳朴方4种提取工艺路线①水煎煮;②水提后65%乙醇沉淀;③65%乙醇醇提;④厚朴、丹参65%醇提再与其余药味水提,各自所得的提取液对小鼠的甩尾持续时间、耳肿胀度、肠蠕动的影响。结果:枳朴方工艺路线①对小鼠热刺激引起的疼痛有明显抑制作用,对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用,对小鼠肠蠕动有明显促进作用。结论:枳朴方水煎提取制备方法简单,方便,可作为枳朴方的提取工艺。Objective:To discuss analgesic,anti-inflammatory and promote bowel movements role of Zhipufang which extracted by 4 different extraction technology,determined optimum extraction technology route.Method:Used mouse drift,xylene-induced inflammation,intestinal propulsion and other pharmacodynamics as indexes,observed effect on duration time of mouse tail-flick,degree of ear swelling and bowel movements from four extraction technology lines for Zhipufang(① water boiling.②65% ethanol precipitation after water extraction.③ 65% ethanol extraction.④Magnolia officinalis and Salvia miltiorrhiza 65% ethanol extraction,then water extraction with rest drugs).Result: Technology route ① of Zhipufang had significantly inhibited to pain which caused by thermal stimulation in mice,had significantly inhibited to xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,had significantly role in promoting to bowel movements in mice.Conclusion: Extraction method of Zhipufang water decoction was simple,convenient,it could be used as extraction technology for Zhipufang.
