摘  要:目的:优选复方四黄栓的提取工艺。方法:为提高有效成分的提取率,工艺分为醇提组Ⅰ与醇提组Ⅱ,同时采用单因素结合正交设计法,优选出70%乙醇为提取溶媒,醇提组Ⅰ以盐酸小檗碱含量为指标,醇提组Ⅱ以黄芩苷的含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:醇提组Ⅰ中最佳工艺为70%乙醇共提取3次,每次1.0 h,溶媒倍量为8,6,6倍。醇提组Ⅱ中最佳工艺为8倍量70%乙醇,提取温度为80℃,提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论:此提取工艺合理可行,有效成分提取率高,为生产复方四黄栓提供参考。Objective:To optimize preparation technology of Fufang Sihuang suppository.Method:To improve extraction rate of active ingredients,technology was divided into alcohol extraction Ⅰand alcohol extraction Ⅱ,while single-factor test and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize preparation conditions which 70% ethanol used as extraction solvent,by using berberine as qualitycontrol criteria of alcohol extractionⅠand baicalin as qualitycontrol criteria of alcohol extraction Ⅱ to optimize extraction technology.Result:Optimum technology for alcohol extraction Ⅰwas as follows:extracted 3 times with 8,6,6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,extracted 1 h each time.Optimum technology for alcohol extraction Ⅱ was as follows:extracted three times with adding 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1 h each time at 80 ℃.Conclusion:This extraction process was reasonable,practicable,high extraction rate of active ingredients,it could provide a reference for production of Fufang Sihuang suppository.
