摘 要:目的:考察不同时间采集的胡桃楸叶和果实中胡桃醌含量的动态变化规律,为胡桃楸资源的合理开发利用提供理论基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定胡桃楸叶和果实中胡桃醌的含量。结果:胡桃楸果实中胡桃醌的平均含量较高(1.93 mg.g-1),而叶中胡桃醌的平均含量较低(0.30 mg.g-1)。胡桃楸叶中胡桃醌的含量随着叶的生长而不断增高,随着叶的枯萎转而下降。胡桃楸果实中胡桃醌的含量在果实未成熟时最高,果实近成熟后其中胡桃醌的含量急剧下降。结论:胡桃楸未成熟的果实中胡桃醌的含量最高。Objective: For reasonable development and utilization of the resource of Juglans mandshurica,the dynamic variation of juglone content in the leaves and fruits collected in different months was investigated.Method: Juglone content in the leaves and fruits of Juglans mandshurica was determined by HPLC.Result: Juglone content in the fruits(1.93 mg·g-1) was more than that in the leaves(0.30 mg·g-1).Juglone content in the leaves increased with the growth of leaves,and decreased with the withered of leaves.Comparing with the immature fruits,juglone content in the ripe fruits decreased obviously.Conclusion: Juglone content in the immature fruits was the highest.
