摘　　要：对磷酸钙骨水泥(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)载药的国内外研究进行文献整理与分析。研究表明,CPC是一种优良的骨科药物载体,是近年国内外生物医学、材料学和药学领域共同的研究焦点。介绍了CPC载药系统所负载的不同药物,包括抗生素(如妥布霉素、庆大霉素和克林霉素等)、抗肿瘤药物(如阿霉素、丝裂霉素、长春新碱和5F-尿嘧啶等)和细胞因子(如骨形态发生蛋白和纤维蛋白胶等);讨论了中药(如黄芪多糖、香丹注射液、丹红注射液和复方丹参注射液等)在骨水泥载药中的应用研究现状,认为中药有望应用于CPC局部给药的临床研究,但目前相关安全性研究较少,有待加强。This study investigated the applications of calcium phosphate cement（CPC） as drug deliver system.There is strong evidence that calcium phosphate cement is a nice drug deliver vector.Due to its unique properties,much attention has paied to CPC for drug deliver applications in both areas of research and application.In recent decades,different drugs have been loaded in CPC,including antibiotic（tobramycin,gentamicin and clindamycin）,anti-tumor drugs（adriamycin,mitomycin,vincristine） and cell factors（bone morphogenetic protein and fibrin glue）.Particularly,traditional Chinese medicines（astraglycan,Xiangdan injection,Danhong injection,Danshen injection） used in the drug delivery system were summarized to provide the reference for the further improvement of herbal remedies loaded in CPC as a drug delivery system to treat bone disease.
