大黄粉口服防治大面积烧伤并发症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察大黄粉口服防治大面积烧伤并发症的疗效。方法：１１６ 例患者随机分为２ 组，各５８ 例。实验组和对照组均采用基础治疗（补液抗休克，预防感染，维持水、电解质平衡及营养支持和创面常规处理）；实验组加用口服大黄粉胶囊每次３ ｇ，每日３ 次，连服１０ 日。结果：治疗后实验组消化道反应和粪潜血轻度和重度疗效均较治疗前明显增高；实验组较对照组此２ 项指标的轻、重度疗效也有显著增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 和Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。发热与感染治疗后实验组重度患者大部分体温控制在３９ ℃以下，且大部分患者为轻度感染，此与对照组比较疗效显著（Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 和Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：口服大黄粉联用常规治疗大面积烧伤并发消化道反应、胃肠粘膜出血及感染发热均较单纯常规治疗效果显著。Objective:To observe the curative effects of Rhubarb Powder taken orally on compliations induced by large area burn.Methods:116 patients were randomly divided into trial group ( n =58) and control group ( n =58).The basic treatments,including fluid complement,antishock,prevention of infection,keeping the balance of water and eletrolytes,nutritional support,and conventional treatment of burned surface,were used for both groups.In trial group the capsules of Rhubarb Powder taken orally 3 g three times a day were added for 10 days.Results:After therapy in trial group the curative effects on digestive tract reactions and occult blood of stool from mild to severe degree were by far higher than those before therapy.In trial group the curative effects on above mentioned two parameters from mild to severe degree in comparison with those in control group were significantly heightened ( P <0 05 and P <0 01).After therapy in trial group the body temperatures in most of severe patients with fever were controlled under 39 ℃ and most of them only suffered from mild infections meanwhile the curative effects in comparison to control group were significant ( P <0 05 and P <0 01).Conclusions:The curative effects of treatment with Rhubarb Powder taken orally combined with conventional therapy for large area burn complicating digestive tract reactions,bleeding of gastrointestinal mucosa,and infectious fever are much more better than those with conventional therapy alone.
