参麦注射液对造血系统恶性肿瘤化疗期间心脏保护作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察参麦注射液对造血系统恶性肿瘤化疗期间心脏的保护作用。方法：对２５ 例造血系统恶性肿瘤合并心血管病的患者随机分为３组：参麦注射液组（１０例）化疗前３小时开始静滴参麦注射液４０～６０ ｍ ｌ，１ 次／ｄ，共用１０ 日；设对照组（１０ 例）；自身对照组（５例），第１ 次化疗不用参麦注射液，第２ 次加用参麦注射液。结果：心功能方面，参麦组与对照组，及自身对照组化疗前后比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ检测，参麦组房性早搏数治疗后减少，而对照组化疗后有所增加，存在显著差异（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５），ＳＴ段压低及Ｔ波改变，两组对照及自身对照均有明显差异（Ｐ均＜ ０．０１）；心电图检查，参麦组有效率为９０％ ，对照组为１０％ ，自身对照组为８０％ ，参麦组与对照组比较有明显差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。Objective:To clinically observe the protective actions of Shenmai injection on heart and liver during chemotherapy for malignant tumor of hemopoietic system.Methods:25 patients with malignant tumor of hemopoietic system complicating cardiovescular disease were randomly divided into three groups.In Shenmai injection group ( n =10) the Shenmai injection 4060 ml infused intravenously once a day at 3 hours before chemotherapy was administered for 10 days.Otherwise the control group ( n =10) was established.In self control group ( n =5) during the first chemotherapy Shenmai injection did not be used but during the second chemotherapy Shenmai injection was added.Results:In the cardiac functions there were not significant differences in three groups before and after therapy.Regarding the Holter examination the numbers of atrial premature systole after therapy in Shenmai injection group were decreased,but in control group they were increased,so that there was significant difference ( P <0 05).In depression of ST segment and change in T wave in comparison between Shenmai injection group and control group as well as semicontrol group there were significant diffenences (all P <0 01).The effective rate for electrocardiogram examination in Shenmai injection group was 90%,in control group 10%,and in semicontrol group 80%.The difference in comparison between Shenmai injection group and cotrol group was significant ( P <0 01).Conclusions:Shenmai injection is able to attenuate the toxic action of chemitherapeutic drugs on heart.
