摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠急性脂肪肝的临床特点和诊断治疗。方法报告我院诊治的1例妊娠急性脂肪肝患者的临床资料，总结国内相关报道，对妊娠急性脂肪肝的临床表现和治疗进行总结。结果患者30岁，初产妇，停经33“周，黄疸伴胎动减少2d，以死胎、黄疸查因入院急行剖宫取胎术，并转重症监护病房抢救治疗。结论妊娠急性脂肪肝早期临床表现不典型，但病情变化快且危重，产科及时终止妊娠是治疗重点之一。Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with acute fatty liver of pregnancy was analyzed, and the relative literatures were reviewed, the clinical manifestations and treatment of acute fatty liver of pregnancy were summarized. Results The patient was 30 years old, primipara, and pregnant in 33 ＋2 weeks. She was diagnosed as fetal death and jaundice, and was treated by cesarean section and intensive cared. Conclusions The early clinical features of acute fatty liver of pregnacy are atypical, and the conditions changes quickly and critical, so termination of pregnancy is essenial.
