摘　　要：目的探讨心包置管引流并注入药物治疗恶性心包积液的疗效和护理。方法将110例恶性心包积液患者随机分为两组。观察组55例应用中心静脉导管置入心包引流积液；对照组55例应用传统钢针抽液并注入药物。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（X^2=7．633，P〈0．05）。结论心包置管引流并注入药物治疗恶性心包积液疗效好，合理有效的护理对患者的治疗是重要的。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of infusing chemotnerapeuuc urugs into pericarduim cavity on malignant hydropericardium by cavity central venous cathete and the nursing care. Methods One hundred and ten patients with malignant hydropericardium were randomized into two groups. Fify-five patients in the observation group were treated with drugs combined with cavity central venous cathete. Fify-five patients in the observation group were treated with drugs by traditionary pneu- mothorax needle. Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （X^2 = 7.633, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of infusing chemotherapeutic drugs into pericardium cavity on malignant hydropericardium by cavity central venous cathete is good. And reasonable and effective care is important.
